Reasons to Lose Challenge

I apologize for not telling you the Reasons to Lose challenge this week on Monday. 
But, you can still try to participate :-)

Our challenges this week are to get your heart-rate up for 30 min a day, and to stay hydrated.
Here is a post I wrote about the reasons it is so important to stay hydrated.

I haven't been doing the 30 min. everyday, however I have been staying hydrated and drinking lots of water!
Let me know if you guys do the challenge too! The next one will be posted Sunday, I'll let you know what it is Monday :-)

I manage to do cardio for at least 45 minutes a day and I drink water like its my job :-) Someone told me that it keeps your skin looking good for the wedding so I'm hoping it works!
