Some of my Thoughts

I think you can find good, and beauty, and light in everybody; if you just give them a chance. The benefit of the doubt. Sometimes people disappoint you, but sometimes they surprise you. You never truly get to know someone until you listen for what's really in their hearts.

Life, I've come to think, is all about love. Love in all its different forms, as well as all the many kinds of relationships that stem from those loves.
The way we treat other people is more important than some of us may realize.

Everyone will make mistakes, but I think most people deserve a closer look, a helping hand, another chance. And everyone deserves forgiveness. And this includes forgiving ourselves. (which is something I struggle with sometimes.)

"It really doesn't matter if the person who hurt you deserves to be forgiven. Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself. You have things to do, and you should move on."

Wouldn't it be great if we all "frankly forgave" like Nephi?
Don't you just feel like a weight has been lifted when you forgive, and are forgiven?
It's a very freeing feeling.

Life is short:
Too short to live it as a bad person.
Too short to be weighed down from grudges.
Too short to hold on to your mistakes.

"People are often unreasonable, illogical, and self-centered; forgive them anyway.
If you are kind, people may accuse you of selfish, ulterior motives; be kind anyway.
If you are successful, you will win some false friends and some true enemies; succeed anyway.
If you are honest and frank, people may cheat you; be honest anyway.
What you spend years building, someone could destroy overnight; build anyway.
If you find serenity and happiness, they may be jealous; be happy anyway.
The good you do today, people will often forget tomorrow; do good anyway.
Give the world the best you have, and it may never be enough; give the world the best you've got anyway.
You see, in the final analysis, it is between you and God; it was never between you and them anyway." -Mother Theresa
