Small Treasure Tuesdays

Welcome to Small Treasure Tuesdays!

Remember, your post doesn't have to be long, it can be as simple as linking up a picture or a quote. I don't want anyone feeling overwhelmed by this :-)

Here are the guidelines:
1) Make sure you link directly to the page your Small Treasure Tuesdays post is on, not your main blog page.
If you don't have a blog, you can still participate and leave your treasure in a comment.

2) Please link back here so other people can join in on the fun! A good way to do that is by grabbing my button :-)

3) Visit as many people as you want/can. All I ask is that you please visit the person above you in the list, and leave a comment. Everyone loves to know what you think of their treasures!

Today my treasure is this thing
My inversion table :-)
I seriously love it.

I have a slight case of scoliosis, and as a result I get back pain and a lot of shoulder tension. My chiropractor recommended getting an inversion table and it has really helped. I don't feel as much pain and I can go longer in between visits to the chiropractor.

I would highly recommend it to everyone, it has so many benefits!
Gravity can really wear on you, and hanging upside down can help relax the body and correct any misalignments.

The ideal amount of time to hang upside down is 15 minutes!
You definitely have to work up to that.

Michael and I started out at ten seconds and added a few more seconds each day. We're up to around 3 minutes now! And we've gotten to the point where it doesn't hurt our heads anymore just our ankles.

I've noticed such a difference.
Saving money on chiropractor visits and experiencing less back pain is definitely a treasure

Treasured Participants:
House Updates are a Treasure

I'd love to hear your treasures too!
Since linky isn't free anymore, if you want to participate just leave the link to your post in a comment and I'll add it to the bottom of the post :-)

Don't you hate that linky isn't free? And I love your inversion table..but wouldn't that make your head feel funky?

Here's mine for the week: http://viewfromdownhere-viewfromdownhere.blogspot.com/2011/02/small-treasure-tuesdays-house-update.html

Wow...I can't imagine owning one of those but if I had huge chiro bills then I might. :)

Honestly, I can't imagine hanging upside down. :)

Thanks for the comment on my blog!

I've always wanted to try out an inversion table, I went to the chiro this morning but probably would've preferred this :)
