Swimming in St George is a Treasure

When Michael and I went to St. George together for the first time, I immediately fell in love with it. I love the contrast of the red rocks, green trees, and blue skies.

While we visited we found this beautiful beach.

I had never seen red sand before. It was very soft, and really hot.

The blue of the water was so deep and inviting.

The water was so nice and warm, it felt wonderful to relax and swim.

The only down side about this beach was that bacteria can grow there easily, due to the warm water. But we were told that as long as we stayed in the "moving water"  we wouldn't have any problems with "Swimmers Itch".
And we didn't. We were just fine :-)

If you're ever in St. George, I would highly recommend checking this out!

If you haven't linked up to Small Treasure Tuesdays yet, don't worry, you still can!
The linky will be open until Friday night.
So you should go write about a treasure and link up! ;-)
